Buon appartamento con tre stanze ma bagno in comune in soggiorno e due piani di scale. Per motivi fisici non ci tornerò.

Due settimane passate bene, anche se era per lavoro, porterò anche la mia famiglia.

Tutto ordinato e pulito, ottima posizione.

Located in a walkable distance from the bus station and train station. The rooms are spacious, cozy and very well maintained. Shared rooms with common kitchen and common bathroom. Quick responsive, Informative and helpful host. Can be located really by following the Google maps. Close to centre. No reception. Price was heavy during Christmas.

What a wonderful location in Bolzano. Clean rooms, shared kitchen, friendly owner. The host gave us free transit passes for our stay which was especially nice for the gondolas. The policy was very strict for checking in, we had to wait around until 3:00pm to drop our bags off and get our key.

Жили в аппартаментах на 3 (2) этаже. Простая обстановка, но чисто, просторно, есть балкончик. Есть всё необходимое кроме микроволновки и бокал для вина был почему-то только один. Три спальни и столовая с большим столом. Душ и туалет раздельные. Да... пол паркетный поскрипывает, если кого-то это нервирует. Очень удачное расположение: 5 минут пешком до центральной парковки и до фуникулёра, 3 минуты до супермаркета и до старой части города. Хорошо, что не в самом центре - там довольно шумно даже ночью. Народ пьёт и гуляет от бара к бару. Не хотел бы я жить рядом с такой наливайкой.

Had a very well priced room with a communal area shared with two other rooms. If you rent all three with others you have a nice apartment all to yourself. All amenities are covered with means to cook for yourself if you choose. Clean and comfortable with a Cafe and friendly staff close at hand.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt dank der vielen, wertvollen Tipps und Erklärungen. Lage ist super,alles ordentlich und sauber. Auch die Bozencard ist toll. Wir konnten sogar unser Gepäck noch bis zur Abfahrt da lassen.
