Amazing. I went there with my wife and daughter to have a big, slow-paced lunch.
Food: can't speak of authenticity (others speak highly). We were guided through the menu by our friend from Jakarta over text messages and I must say the food was delicious. Appetizers/main dishes: beef was very tender yet slightly crispy at the edges and seafood was very well cooked as well. Desserts: didn't blow my mind but the sweetness was very well balanced, contrary to what you encounter in many restaurants.
Flavours were well pronounced yet delicate. My only complaint is that spicy is not that spicy. Maybe it was adjusted for European tastes, maybe Indonesians don't eat very hot food. To be fair, I like my food *very* hot and possibly -- had I asked -- the chef could've made it more spicy on my request.
Portion size is that of an upper middle-class restaurant - not too small, not too large. Pricing - very good, considering the quality (the menu on the website contains prices).
Service: impeccable. Very attentive, to the point where when our daughter (1 yr old) dropped a spoon on the floor, the waitress (who was not in the eyesight at the moment) appeared 5 seconds later with a clean set of cutlery. Very impressed.
NB: the restaurant has moved to a nearby location; at the original (San Lorenzo street) there's a shop with Indonesian handcraft; I'm sure the employees would guide you to the restaurant. In Via di Canneto Il Lungo there's a large blue neon sign saying "Ristorante Indonesianne" which makes it hard to miss.
