Location accogliente informale, immersi nella natura e avvolti dai profumi dell'orto. Sapiente è l'utilizzo delle spezie. Piatti ben curati. Il titolare la ragazza di sala e lo chef persone molto cordiali. Essendo un locale all'aperto, il tramonto faceva da sfondo e l'atmosfera era suggestiva

Il ristorante ha un giardino eccezionale e un menù squisito, assolutamente consigliato!

A wonderful new discovery. Amazing food and wonderful service. We enjoyed an evening with people who love cooking and serving local food and wine. Watching the chef collect the herbs from the garden and then come by our table to explain how the pigs are raised is how food is enjoyed in Umbria! The buffalo mozzarella ravioli will be remembered forever. Great outdoor relaxing restaurant.

Extremely delicious food and very lovely people. We left in a very good mood and lingering taste of pasta made with love :)

We stayed in the Paciano area in a little Villa for two weeks and unfortunately only visited this trattoria on our last night. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a restaurant anywhere that felt more like being hosted for dinner in someone’s back garden (but with much better food than your friends can manage!). The menu was a set of respectful amplifications on traditional local dishes and use the best of their three gardens. For example - a salad of mixed greens including radicchio, arugula, lettuce, fresh and dried cherries, walnut pieces, and a perfect oil and vinegar dressing. Or the gnocchi with truffles (many, but not overpowering), or a roast half Guinea Fowl that sat on grilled bread, topped with an incredible sauce made from its own liver, heart, and other organ meats. The views as the sun set were also lovely.

One of this magical experiences, that so rarely happen. Orto in tavola - when passion meets food... An enchanted little spot, filled with love to details, framed by a excellent and friendly service. Food is amazing, you just taste that the ingredients are really coming for the attached garden on your table. Ein fantastischer Ort! Selbst unter den vielen guten umbrischen Restaurants eine besonders hervorragende Küche! Ein Besuch im Orto ist sehr empfehlenswert, für den man sogar einen Umweg in Kauf nehmen kann.

Ein sehr gelungener Ort zum Abendessen, sehr schönes Ambiente, außerordentlich freundlicher Service, sehr schmackhaftes Essen - nicht überladen und preislich völlig in Ordnung. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
