Ristorante stellato dell’hotel le Agavi a Positano. Ambiente intimo ed elegante e vista spettacolare fanno da cornice alla cucina straordinaria di questo posto. I piatti sono vere e proprie opere d’arte, riescono a conciliare perfettamente i sapori, gli odori con la bellezza stessa dell’impiattamento. Merita la seconda stella. Assolutamente consigliato

Come sempre scrivo solo del ristorante. Bellissima terrazza sul mare dello splendido hotel a Le Agavi di Positano. Il personale preparato e davvero molto gentile ci ha ottimamente servito con pochissime sbavature. Indiscutibile il tocco dello Chef Tramontano che abbina le tecniche classiche della cucina d'autore italiana ad un'eccellente materia prima del territorio. Insomma tutto quello che si può chiedere ad un ristorante stellato in costiera. Per quanto concerne i prezzi, sono in linea con tutti i rincari del 2022. Lo chef e la gentilissima consorte sono stati anche molto carini nel venirci a salutare a fine cena. Esperienza assolutamente consigliata!

Che dire se non 'wow'!!! Esperienza culinaria di alto livello...Appaghera'oltre al gusto e all'olfatto anche la vista, x il modo in cui vengono presentati i piatti.. In una cornice incantevole, perfetta x una cena romantica ed indimenticabile ❤️ Noi abbiamo concluso con il portoro, un dolce(riduttivo chiamarlo così)a base di cioccolato che lo chef Tramontano ha preparato davanti ai nostri occhi.. X gli amanti del cioccolato sarà imperdibile!!!

Esperienza superlativa! Piatti bellissimi da vedere e buonissimi da mangiare, accostamenti di sapore favolosi.

My favourite dining experience in 10 days across all of Naples, Sorrento, Capri and Positano. We are in several Michelin star restaurants and this was our favourite. Beautiful setting, amazing food that was just as delicious as it was complex and beautiful. Great wine pairing too. We had the 6-course tasting menu, which was a whirlwind of flavours, mostly seafood. The restaurant manager was absolutely lovely and the great star chef (her husband!) also came out to greet the guests after dinner. We will be back!

Nice experience but not amazing as we were expecting. The view is beautiful but we thought most of the food was just ok. We did the 5 course menu and the pre-appetizers and first course (sea-bass cracker) were very good but nothing after that was a stand out for either of us. The wine pairing selections were very good. We also didn’t like that they offered us a welcome glass of sparkling wine in a way that made it seem complimentary but they charged us €50 for two glasses (in addition to our wine pairing). We wouldn’t have said yes if we had known

Visited La Serra for my birthday dinner in May. It was exceptional. The 7-8 course tasting menu was fun, inventive, and delicious (ottimo). We marveled at the beauty of Kandinsky's Lunar Eclipse, drooled over the flavors of "crustations ... traveling to Thailand," and overall had a blast experiencing the differences between the dishes. It was clear that there is phenomenal teamwork between Chef Luigi and his wife, Nicoletta, who oversees the front-of-house and is one of the most well-regarded Master Sommeliers in Italy. The food further elevated the wine that was specially paired, a mix of traditional wines of the coast and experimental takes on Italian wines, the Barolo served alongside the Buffalo dish as an example. Altogether... even in the rain (without the ability to have a view of the coast), this was one of the best dining experiences of my life. And the same applies to my boyfriend who was born & raised in Positano. We really felt that much thought and care was put into developing dishes that further elevate and highlight the ingredients and traditions of the Amalfi Coast. Thank you to Chef Luigi, Nicoletta, and the staff. I hope to have the opportunity to return and see what other magic you all create in the future.

포지타노에서 먹은 미슐랭 레스토랑 중 가장 마음에 들었던 곳. 포지타노를 바라보는 전망이며, 분위기며 5코스 메뉴로 나왔던 것 하나하나 맘에 들었음. 와인 페어링도 맛나게 할 수 있었던 것은 덤. 예약은 필수이고, 와인까지 인당 200-300유로 감안하고 오셔야할 듯.

The best restaurant in Positano ! The food, the views, the service, the staff, Nicoletta and Chef Luigi are simply the best ! Allow the team to surprise you with the tasting menu ... you will never be disappointed. Bravo La Serra !!!!
