Stayed in Positano for 7 nights. Our group of 6 ate out nearly every night, and Scirocco was our favorite. Located up higher in the mountains, it is off the beaten path, but well worth the effort to get there. You find yourself out of the high tourist areas, which we found more enjoyable and relaxing. Antonio and his family will make you feel like you are part of the family. They even went so far as to pick us up from our villa in central Positano. All the food was very fresh and authentic Italian... absolutely delicious. Atmosphere is more on the casual side, dinning room is well lit and wall to wall windows which are opened up with nice weather. Restaurant is perched nicely on a cliff with great views of the ocean and mountains. Our group ate here twice, once for lunch, and we returned the following day for a dinner. Highly recommend it.

What a wonderful place.! this restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel's reception..absolutely fantastic place..simple yet elegant..The food was to die for..and the service is super..the owner Antonio and his staff were extremely helpful and did everything in their abilities to make the evening special..the shuttle service free of charge was a bonus as the Restaurant is located up high in the mountain where the view is breath taking..If I ever go back to Positano I will definitely go back to Scirocco Restaurant...Ola and Sally from Egypt..June 2013
