Absolutely horrific. I took my family there and I still resent it to this day. We were handed a leaflet by Fontana di Trevi for this restaurant (clearly because they weren't getting any custom - we were the only people there at lunch time), which also stated a student discount (which I had as I was studying in Rome). The food took forever to arrive, and even if we asked for something, like a drink, the man huffed and didn't smile once. My brother KINDLY asked him if he could fill his water bottle up with tap water and the server just looked at my brother and said 'No'. He also REFUSED my student discount because 'I wasn't an Italian student'. Dead vibe.
I'm a student and I've still spent many years working in customer service because I have a warm, caring demeanor. I'm not one to say anything bad but this service just really broke my heart. It's a year later and I'm still so upset that I took my family there during their holidays, and they had to endure his malicious, unwelcoming behaviour. This guy had such an atrocious attitude that he shouldn't be allowed to own a restaurant, let alone work in one
PLEASE JUST GO TO TERMINI, THERE ARE LOADS OF HALAL RESTAURANTS WITH STAFF WHO ARE DELIGHTED WITH YOUR CUSTOM, GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY'S WORTH, AND TRULY UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
