Hamburger eccezionali. Carne di qualità (dalla macelleria Lo Scalco). Anche il pane rustico, molto morbido e saporito. È stato un piacere mangiarci.

Piccolo ma concentrato. Come tutte le cose buone, c’è bisogno di tempo.. ma non da perdere la pazienza. Le scelte sono molte, la qualità oramai consolidata, il servizio ottimo. Andatevi e capirete che lo slow food può essere anche di qualità!!!

They have hamburgers, veggie burgers and tuna burgers. We tried all three and all enjoyed them. The spicy Mayo on the tuna was good. They have some good beers. The place is small with a few tables across the street. It was a pleasant low key meal.

We were most excited to find this hamburger restaurant! One of us ordered the Vedo Nero - with pancetta, cheese and truffle. This was delicious and seemed much larger than the advertised 130g of meat. The meat was juicy and had a nice charred flavour. We also had a Salsiccione Tartufato - a pork sausage, pecorino and truffle burger. This was a huge patty, and very tasty. The meat was, however, a bit too salty. We tried the rustic bun and the multi-grain, and found the multigrain to be better. Both burgers came with a generous amount of freshly shaved black truffle. The side of fried potato wedges was incredible - good texture, nice flavour, well seasoned. Enjoyed our meal with a glass of wine. We highly recommend this spot.

Burger de qualité aves des recettes simples mais efficaces. Je ne suis.pas fan des frittes mais elles changent de ce que l'on peut voir ailleurs.
