This is the kind of restaurant where nothing is left to chance. My boyfriend and I ate here during our stay at Granbaita Dolomites, accompanied by friends and I consider that dinner to be one of my best experiences. Starting with the warm welcome of the staff and owners and combining with every detail of the decor, spoons, forks, glasses, everything is perfect. About the food, in my opinion, deserves at least one Michelin star. The chef, Andrea Moccia, served us a meal simply wow! In the end, the dessert was a surprise chosen by the chef according to our preference: honey, chocolate, vanilla, etc. I chose chocolate and received an absolutely delicious cake decorated with gold leaf.
I highly recommend it if you want to feel a 5 star experience!
