I needed a place to hang for an hour or so. I was looking for a pastry to go with coffee, but it was not something they had and a cookie was not what I had in mind. The server offered a bagel and cream cheese as a suggestion. I guess they usually use them for breakfast sandwiches. It really hit the spot and the medium roast coffee was excellent for a coffee wimp like me. Everything was served quickly and my odd questions about how long they had been around, were answered enthusiastically with additional information shared without asking. I never felt rushed and the food and coffee was served quickly. I very much enjoyed my visit and plan to come back as I have additional days in Akron where I need to kill some time.
Visit the Main Street/library location. I was going to the library, but I was too early and it wasn't open yet- so I had 45min to kill. Stray Dog was open so I went in to wait and get warm with a coffee ☕️ which was a great darker roast. I also needed to eat something. I asked guy behind the counter if they had a breakfast type sandwich. He showed me on the menu. I asked for something without meat or cheese ,but said I could do eggs. He made me a fabulously tasty omelet sandwich! Warm and comforting on a blustery day in an unfamiliar city. He was also very helpful and friendly in answering my questions about Akron.
Best coffee around! The mustards and sauces are to die for! I have one of each at home they are so good and versatile! they're totally awesome for gifts too! Super easy to ship! The food is always hot and fresh! Every time I am in town I make sure to stop for a hot and fresh sandwich! Keep up the amazing work guys!3
I just went today for the first time. I got the Cuban sandwich and it was excellent. It was hot and fresh and the bread was toasted to perfection. I look forward to trying more of their menu...
Dined at the Bounce Innovation Hub location and had the Cuban sandwich. Best Cuban in the area that uses pulled pork!! Their house made mustards and pickles are there as well on this sandwich. So good!!
