DeCheco’s Pizza is definitely one of the top pizza places in the entire Akron area. To date I have ordered: cheese pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, New Yorker, spicy heat lovers, Nashville hot, and Philly cheesesteak.
They haven’t been off mark a single time. Pizza is always delicious. The traditional crust is thick and toppings go to the edge. Perfect amount of crisp. You can tell the ingredients are fresh.
The buffalo chicken pizza is unique offering a blue cheese sauce. This was actually super good.
The New Yorker has one of the best flavors I’ve ever had. You can taste everything and it combines so well.
The Nashville hot: I’ve had similar pizzas, but none that actually hit the mark.
The others are just as good. In this area, if you are a Luigi’s fan then you will also like DeCheco’s. I can’t wait to order again.

I have tried Dechechos one other time. This time I really enjoyed the pizza! The Pepperoni and Pineapple pizza was very delicious!
Nick at your location on Main Street in Akron, is an amazing employee! Always helpful, smiling and definitely remembers peoples orders.

I’m not originally from Akron, so I’m still testing out the local places and this is absolutely one of my favs! My personal favorite pizza is the margarita one- the sweetness of the balsamic glaze puts it in its own category.
We also get their boneless wings every time- they’re not heavily breaded and the best quality chicken wings I’ve ever had a pizza place (or probably any restaurant).
The salads are also loaded.
So when you go, you should probably just try one of everything 😆
