These guys literally always get my order right (I place mobile orders with substitutions - I’m a vegetarian) and are always SO sweet when I come to pick up. They repeat my order (with subs) at the speaker and make sure to ask if it’s all there when I receive it. Doesn’t seem like a big deal on paper but it makes the fast food experience actually nice.
