This place was amazing. I had the meatloaf dinner which was thick cut, juicy and full of flavor. The sides I chose we're the mashed potatoes and the macaroni and cheese which did no disappoint. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. You will not leave hungry as the portion sides are just right. 5 stars for this Awesome Gem.
I have been there twice. The first was good enough for five stars and yesterday was only a three. I realized after I left that I should have gotten home fries with the meal but did not. We also asked for sugar free syrup and the meal came with regular. We had to have that changed as my brother is diabetic. Very tasty food though, I will go back for sure.
I am so happy this place just opened up! My husband and I got to check It out! It was so creatively decorated,the atmosphere was good, nice southern feel ! The food was delicious! We had a ridiculous amount of food. I ordered fish with a side of mac and cheese, loaded mashed potatoes, corn bread, coffee, and an appetizer of cheese triangles (that is not what they are called) and everything was so good and filling that I had to take some home in a box! Price was normal compared to all other restaurants. Our server was nice. There were a good amount of customers in and out all seemed to be satisfied. We went on a Sunday afternoon. I am so happy to give this brand new buisness a good review that it deserves! We will be back :-) (I posted a few pics, the cheese triangles we had 6 but ate 2 before taking the pic, the fish pic i should of took showing the fish, it took up the length the the dinner plate)
I am the owner of Fritters Southern Cuisine. I want to thank everyone who has come out in the last 6 weeks to see us. I know you see that we have about half good reviews and half bad ones. Though I'm not happy about having bad reviews, please look at the context. We serve about 100 people if not more on a daily basis so as of today, out of 4000 serviced customers we have about 15 bad reviews. I have reached out to everyone who has left a review and will continue to do so in the future. We have made a lot of changes in the last few weeks to make sure food is out promptly, and the service and food is good. If you are not satisfied please ask your server to fix the issue or ask for management. We will be happy to make any issue right - right away so we can maintain good business and happy customers. Fritter's is great! The server was attentive and friendly, and the food was wonderful. Our two Grandkids devoured the mac and cheese and loved the unusual kids meals names. The servings were larger than usual at a reasonable price. The chicken needs to be seasoned more, but the huge piece of ham was cooked to perfection and the sauce was just delicious. We'll be back!
My first visit to Fritters. Loved the selection of food. I ordered the Dallas which was chicken quesodillias and fries. It was very good. Server was very nice and I was given good service. I decided to try the Apple fritters for dessert. I was disappointed. Hardly any apples in the fritter. Mostly breading. Needed sugar on the outside of it and more apples and it would of been great! I liked the sauce the drizzled over it. So my advice to manager please add more apples or use bigger pieces in the fritter. I won't be ordering it again unless I hear sometime a change was made. I recommend people try this place. I plan on coming back and trying other dishes.
