I LOVE dions and have been eating dions almost my entire life. I’ve had many minor issues in the past like special requests not being met (no extra croutons, didn’t party cut my slice or mix on the side etc.) No big deal and have usually had them corrected with a smile and no questions asked as long as I’ve dined in or noticed before the time I got home. My main complaint though is that there’s flies in almost all your locations. Also, for online orders, there should be a “special instructions” option for when I want extra croutons, party cut my slice or mix on the side etc. I have to call after ordering, the worker has to then locate the ticket to add the requests and by this time I may as well have just called it in anyway. This can be fixed! And when it does, I promise to get back here and give you that 5th star! Great job otherwise and I do want to shout out for the manager Alicia at the Cabezon/Unser location! She’s amazing and has always been so helpful and I see she works very hard to make sure everything runs smoothly which I appreciate!
