So My fiancé and I when out to eat at Red Robin's because we got a gift card from His grandma for Christmas, we got there it was busy it was a wonderful date night talking while waiting for our order. When we got our food I had hair in my sandwich. And this is where it gets good the staff was awesome and so was the manager they fixed our order so fast it was amazing this is a wonderful place to eat and everyone was so friendly, if you ever wanna eat a a Red Robin's the one by century rio 24 is definitely the place to go. The service was great and the food was good
Due to the fact it was my birthday and Red Robin offers the birthday burger and Happy Hour we decided to have some early dinner here. It was nothing short of perfection. Greeted with a smile and sat right away I ordered the happy hour margaritas, and they have many flavors I had strawberry and another flavor I now forget lol. I ordered the newest burger they have the Burnt ends burger it was delicious, and I would highly recommend. My refills were brought in a timely manner and frequent. Our waitress was great, and the food was fresh and great. There is plenty of parking and it is close to a lot it was walking distance from our hotel. I would 100% recommend this location. Service has overall been good here. There are good days where the server is awesome, friendly and observant, and other days where they hardly come by to check on us, not as approachable, or they forget things often.
Once in a while the food is missing something or wrong but it's not that often and usually the service is really good about accommodating for that.
All in all, definitely recommend it here and really enjoy the food.
Too bad they got rid of some favorite burgers!
