Freshly ground pepper on my salad? No way is this fast food, it was! Wonderful service. Great food, great values
The service was super fast. I placed my order while walking through the parking lot. I walked in and decided to wait on the side to give them time to make it. The manager greeted me asked if I needed help. I told him that I had just placed my order by app and I was waiting. He told me that it was probably ready and asked my name. He walked over and sure enough it was! He was very polite. Everything I requested was in the bag. As always the food was great!
Came in from fort defiance, az... it was the driver's choice on a place to eat, so it was here and I thought, why not...I had the deluxe chicken and it was delicious, moist chicken(along with cheese, tomatoes and lettuce), waffles fries good(could've have been a lil bit hotter) and I got to try their promotional shake on the house, very good...I will be back😎👌
Haven’t even got my food yet and I’m already liking the service. Idk his name nor did I get a chance to get his name but he was really thorough and easy to talk to. He even said have a good day boss which made my day.
We were visiting ABQ and a family member told us to meet them at a restaurant. We said, hey we have kids and we'll need a table for 11. Another family member immediately said, Chick-fil-A. We got right in, got 4 tables together, the kids and parents loved the food, and the kids ran straight to the play room. Staff came over 3 times to see if we needed anything. Then, there's those sauces!
I am revising my entire review because I've come here a lot recently (because it's on my way to work) and it has shown great improvement from my initial visits.
Could have been a Staff change or just a handful of fluke incidents. Either way this location is GREAT and I HIGHLY recommend.
The management should be proud of their workers 👍🏼 They did an awesome job! I ate my Chick-fil-A and watched this team get through at least 50-75 vehicles in no time at all... Wow!!! Super friendly too.
I stopped by after spending all day in the ER, they were so generous and sweet! They even threw in a little gift card and words of encouragement. BEST STAFF EVER!
I always have a good experience here. Even if the food is off and I have to go back for something they’re always really nice and willing to fix it.
I love the Southwestern Chicken Salad with creamy salsa dressing. I picked one up on this visit and was very satisfied. This salad deserves an award. Thanks, Chic- Fil-A. See you sokn.

Shout out to B.J. at the drive thru on Montgomery. His customer service ROCKs. Tried to call his manager, but phone went to VM. Professional, polite with a terrific attitude about work. He is destined for better things, but getting valuable
