Super hot a fresh burgers. Fast service in general. The bbq bacon Mac and cheese burger was very good, that Mac and cheese patty was straight out of the deep fry and topped the fresh off the grill burger. Immediately brought out to the table. I wasn’t a fan of the slaw, but YMMV. I wish there was her seating available, the El Vado courtyard is nice and different but still gets hot during the summer.

Bosque Burger was delicious! I was really craving a green chile cheese burger and I was not disappointed. The meat was cooked perfectly, which made me think that they didn't ask how I would like it cooked. They just did it right. We had the truffle parmesan tots as a side and to my delight they were so far away from what I expected that it made them even more tasty. Tot seems like a general term that isn't doing these babies justice. They are super fresh and creamy. The consistency inside is perfectly cooked and the outside has the perfect crunch. Parking is another thing. I came south down central and Google maps took me the wrong way. No worries though its well worth it. Enjoy your food outside with a beer from the neighboring taproom! This entire location is revitalized and gorgeous.

We bought the ABQ Green Chile Cheese burger and yumm! It was delicious. The fries are homemade and are perfectly seasoned! I will definitely be coming back!

SUPER LOVING THIS PLACE!!! Food was delish and the location is prime!!! I hadn't been this way in years but I grew up west &southwest of the rio since we came here in 95, and have passed by this motel for many many years. It is wonderful to see the transformation of the old El Vado Motel and Bosque Burger is the perfect addition. *I had the Chorizo Sunrise and actually ate the whole thing!!! It was big but it was so good, I had to eat it all there!! Also tried the Hand Formed Parmesan Truffle Tatter Tots and they were very good. They are a little rich but definitely go perfect with the burger. The little slice of pineapple was a good touch but what I was surprised about personally was how much I loved the slaw!! It was definitely fresh tasting and has to be tied for the best slaw I've had in town!! Great atmosphere - no seating indoors though but is a cute little area to order from inside. Staff was informative and helpful.

First time there the owner an I chatted it up over our culinary passions. It was such an amazing time. He was such a great guy. I was able to enjoy the shrimp po boy sandwich & it was to die for!

Decided to stop in at El Vado food court area just to waste some time and check it out…turned out to be a good choice.. I ate at Bosque Burger. The food was great. Had a BBQ burger with bacon and panko mac-n-cheese.. it was sooo good. They used real bacon and it was all fresh and hot. Should you be in the area, it is a must have while there. Staff was nice and friendly.

Creative burger that has great flavorwith fresh sides. My only gripe is you got to order fries or Onion rings separate. So your gonna pay upwards of $15 for one person and not even have a drink.

Honest little shop, visited it due to the reviews. Not disappointed, the guy was super friendly and nice. He had such a good attitude and I appreciated the conversation we had. He offered me a free drink due to the card reader being a little funky, simple reboot fixed it. The food is honest and fresh and cooked to order. The burger was very good, fell apart a bit but I'm not complaining. The green chili wasn't very spicy, very very mild sadly. I recommend grilling it so its got less liquid to effect the bun. However it was very good nonetheless. I love burgers and this one definitely made me feel a lot better after a stressful day. The potato wedges where seasoned nicely as well. The lettuce was great and crispy vs what some places serve and the tomato was also not disappointing. :) Fresh ingredients, always a plus. This place also offers different cheeses which is cool. My 4 stars is mainly the green chili could have been a lot better, but maybe next time it will be. It is the middle of winter and not a lot of anything is in season. Overall good place to go and enjoy a nice well priced lunch. :)

Burger was good, a little overdone, but otherwise very tasty. Fries are tasty and the right size for sharing with others. Prices are a little high, you definitely pay for the aesthetic of the El Vado plaza.

I got the brisket Philly with truffle tater tots and it was incredible. The potatoes were cooked to perfection and the brisket Phillips was so flavorful. I highly recommend this spot and will be telling all my friends about it!
