This was a nostalgic visit for us. When we used to live in Albuquerque we lived at the apartments across the street. The Napoli pizza is our favorite dish here. Great atmosphere and we always give a weird name since they announce when your pizza is done and they always say it! I love seeing them smile at the funny names. Great service, great food and by far our favorite pizza place in Albuquerque. Located in the same parking lot as the Cottonwood Mall.
Exceptional! May not look it, but, it's the best meatball sandwich we've ever had! The bread is crispy on the outside and tender, yet chewy on the inside. The meatballs are super juicy, tender and super flavorful. We got a yummy slice of green chili & pepperoni pizza because we're in NM. Chicken pecan salad with rasberry vinaigrette was very good also. Been to a Dions on a previous trip. They got the details down. Really, really good.
This is not a super fancy place but its very nice. It would be very nice for a date. The food is great. We love the green chile pizza and a veggie sub with turkey (if you love veggies but are not a vegetarian). They also sell their pizza dough which is phenomenal. We used it to make pizza in cast iron pans. Perfection though we still order pizza!
Fresh food, great pizza and subs. Dions Sauces are great as well and can be purchased in bottles. Wish they delivered. Fun little spot for the kiddos to watch pizza being made.

This location never disappoints. Service is always great and my pizza is always made to perfection! Love the subs and salads too. Dion's will continue to be on my list of favorites.
I'll always love Dions an I'm sorry for putting this review at this location. But this concerns ALL locations, but for the love of everyone's sanity. There is no need at ask pizza, salad, or a sub at the check-in/drive through.....just ask for the last four of the phone number first an then you will have your answer.
Some of these high school kids look miserable and aren't very friendly. Particularly some of the girls that work the front register. They look and act as if they would rather be elsewhere and as if you are ruining their day by being there. I don't like that. But the other employees seem like they're having a blast and the people in the drive thru are usually very upbeat and nice.
The food itself has improved tenfold over the years. I used to actively avoid it but I'm glad I gave it another chance. I would just urge management to get with the front cashiers and really give them some training and performance reviews. I'm speaking for 5 years experience in restaurant management here. Your cashiers and servers are the face of the business.
Yum! This is a great pizza joint and you can even get green chilies on your pizza if you like. We got the carnivore with cheesy toast and they had it out pretty darn quick. We ate there and enjoyed the atmosphere.
I rate Dion's pizzas and subs the best in Albuquerque. I am a Dion's fan, and their sales and customers show they are #1 in Alba-crazy. They are as consistent as a restaurant can be. Their employees are well trained, top.notvh, and friendly and attentive.
