I've never had a better sandwich, my husband and I both had the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sandwich and we both loved it. We can't wait to visit again. Gotta love a company that gives back to their community!

It has been a long time since I have been there for some good food. We were in the area so I took my wife to get a nice warm sandwich and we enjoyed every bite. Do go and help out first responders (fire departments).
I hadn't had Firehouse in a long time and have been craving it. And let me just say it did not disappoint. I got the meatball sub and it hit the spot. Everyone that was working was super friendly, and they had the cleanest lobby.
I love the Italian sandwich. Never had any issues the sandwiches are always fantastic!
10/24/2020. So been a couple times this month and have had an issue wait ing 30 minutes from the time of ordering to get a sub. Don’t know what’s going on but you would think with 6 to 7 people they could get these orders done.
The person at the counter was friendly and took my order quick. Only took about 5 minutes for my food to be ready. Workers seemed happy as well. Would definitely come again!
The customer service here is phenomenal. So is the food!! Such a kind and inviting group of people running this place.
It's a very good place to eat at. Just a tad pricey.
Edit: I also meant to say that I like it a lot more than Subway. It's also cheaper than Subway though
The brisket Sub is hands down my favorite Sub in the ABQ area. They are never scarce on the meat either. This location has never screwed up my order either making it the ultimate stop for a great experience.
Today was our first time at Firehouse Subs but it will not be the last! Sandwiches were yummy!
We went in to our firehouse subs Monday at lunch rush. It was pretty crowded, but Alyssa took our order and was very courteous in answering all our questions. In a very short time, our subs came out to our table. They were hot and fresh-the bread was so soft and yummy!! We both had the meal deal with a medium MD steamer sub. It was basically a Reuben sandwich without the sauerkraut, but with all the flavor! You can't beat 2 medium hot subs, both with chips and medium drinks for under $20 total! We watched as staff would come out quickly and efficiently to clear a table and get it ready for the next guest. It was very efficient! We plan on going back soon!! Great job!!
