This little ma and pa cafe was awesome. The service was nice. I just wish there was sopapillas included with honey. Maybe there was and i forgot?
Fast friendly service, excellent food. Prices are very reasonable and Joe and Michelle of Pana's Cafe have the best kept secret in town -- but not for long! My wife and I love the food and would highly recommend Pana's cafe for authentic, delicious, New Mexican cuisine.

Great Huevos Rancheros, potatoes that are FRESH, not those fried cardboard cubes so many places use.
Owners are very nice people and care about their ingredients.

Excellent small New Mexican family cafe. The red and green chile are both very flavorful without searing your taste buds. The beans are tender and nicely seasoned, the sopapillas are fresh and a bit crispy, and the chile rellenos are meaty, well-stuffed with cheese, and have a light and crispy batter. The menu is not extensive but it has all the key New Mexico dishes. I'll be back.
Clean enjoyable place to relax and eat. Cozy comfortable with professional polite staff. Food is excellent and authentic, good portions, good prices. Kid's menu great. Will make this a regular place we eat.
I've eaten here once on a Saturday and had the green chile combo and was impressed. What exceeded my expectations was a good green chile plate and size followed by chips/salsa and two sopapiallas!
Have yet to be even marginally disappointed (nor am I looking to be) by their food. Everything I have ever tried has been delicious. Friendly people who work here, quiet little spot. Check it out!
Down home New Mexican food! Expect for the chili to be hot how it should be here in this state. I recommend trying the breakfast burrito with sausage and smothered in green.
Family owned and operated the food is really good.
