Always fast. It always seems to be empty when I go. Place used to be $4.95 for 3 meat, 2 side. Now it's $9.99.
My boyfriend and I went to Ho Ho's tonight off of Montgomery for dinner. First of all the egg rolls were so good they are the best that I've had anywhere and I mean anywhere in the United States. These are so good I could probably eat a whole box full. Then secondly and this is probably the most important part of my review. This restaurant deserves to have five stars. Their food is impeccable. I have eaten all I can and it doesn't look like I even touched it. This is the restaurant for you to go to. The parking lot is easy to get into and easy to get out of as well.
Look, over all, compared to all the higher end Chinese restaurants in town, I understand this place doesn't serve the best tasting food, but when you are on a budget and have a Chinese food craving this buffet style restaurant is the place to go. They will pack your tray with enough food to share with someone or last all day.

First time here. Recommended by my co-worker. They have small and large boxes. Wanted to try a little bit of everything. Well almost did so 😛 I ordered 2 large boxes and 3 egg rolls.
The food is very inexpensive and the portions are HUGE! My son and I ate from one combo with 3 entrees. We also got 2 drinks and egg rolls all for 11.35. It was a great deal! Update The food is still good. The portions are still huge but it is more now. We get 2 large plates, egg rolls and soup for about $22.
I love this place been going here forever I recommend going before noon that's when the food is fresh
Good cheap food if you want fast food Chinese. Love the lo mein noodles they have.
Ho Ho's is so good that it gives me the willies every time I go there
I chose not to rate the atmosphere of this place because even though I walked in, the establishment is strictly take out. It's spacious enough to accommodate tables and I suppose there was a dining area at some point, but I'm sure COVID squashed the original concept. The food, however, rocked and was generously portioned. Their prices are well within anybody's budget and the guy serving my friends and me was friendly and engaging. Way to go, HOHO!!
