I love Domino's for their pizza. The crust was soft and crispy. The kids love the pizza crust and marinara sauce. Personally, I think I prefer the tomato sauce.
The reason I didn't think the experience was perfect was bc I didn't care for the wings' outer texture. The wings were soggy and the Buffalo sauce was ok. They don't look like they're tossed in the sauce, only drizzled. I wanted to order the Mango Habanero wings, but opted out since we ordered 32 wings. I got the sauce on the side. Glad I did bc I didn't like the sauce, it was more sweet than spicy. I think I'll stick to Wing Stop wings.
I appreciate the side sauces in a bag so they don't get messed up. We also got extra Buffalo sauce in case the wings didn't have enough sauce on them.
Overall, pizza is great and was made how we ordered it. Pepperoni with 1 side of jalapeños, and extra cheese. Skip wings unless you like soggy breading. (We picked up food right after ordering online and don't live far. )
Ordered online for carside pickup. When we arrived there were several parking spots in front of the building reserved for carside pickup. As soon as we arrived an employee came out to great us and verify our order. They went back inside and then came out to say it would be ready in a few minutes. After another few minutes they came back out to explain they had to remake one of the pizzas because of an issue when it was cooking it developed a hole. Our order took a little longer than expected due to the remake but we were kept informed on the issue and when it would be ready. Everything was great and prepared exactly how we ordered it. We’ll definitely be back to this location again.
While in Albuquerque, I ordered dinner from Dominos. The pizza was good, but not piping hot. I had to reheat it in the microwave.
This location recently moved but they never dissapoint with the quality of their pizzas. This is the extravaganzza pizza.
My dealings with Domino's Pizza was terrific . I had ordered delivery and they had forgotten a item, and wings where not to par, so I rolled the dice and called them back and they rewarder me with a free meal same as what I had ordered, and I called them like two weeks later to oder my free meal and Domino's honored there commitment to us as a family. Went to store location on Lomas and Juantabo and they where prompt and so professional when i walked in and gave me our order We were so great full. I know there is always a chance the orders might not be correct, But we as a family unit here in the NE heights have been dealing with the same Domino's Pizza company for over30 years,and I can not remember another time where our order was not correct they ROLL .Domino's Pizza keep rolling those sevens. Highly recommend Domino's Pizza to you and yours here in the 505 Duke city.
I've lived in this neighborhood for about 2 years now and I've ordered from this location many times over the last couple years.
We always order delivery online through the site and we have never had any issues. Our order is always correct and the food is always good!
There have been a couple occasions where our order took much longer than it should have, and on those occasions, we received an email with a coupon offering us free or discounted products to make up for it (without us complaining or anything).
Aside from those few mishaps, our food always arrives quickly and the drivers follow the given directions for delivery.
Tip these people well! They work hard and they deserve that respect and gratitude:)
I order from this Domino's all the time and always get great food and service, but I wanted to share a recent experience. Part of my normal order is a pan pizza and the cookie brownie. I have ordered it several times and it's always awesome, but the last time I ordered they were both very doughy in the center. I called back and the manager (sorry, forgot her name) was very nice about it and offered a replacement.
When I called back after some time, Jim took care of everything and of course my order was back to its normal awesomeness. As much as I enjoy the food, I greatly appreciate the service. Please remember that these restaurants are locally owned too and employ folks from our community and they deserve our support too! Thank you to Jim and the staff at this local Domino's.
Still 5 stars!! Ordered the thin crispy crust today, with various toppings, and it was delicious! Actually the crust was perfect! Whoever baked my pizza did a perfect job. Thank you very much.
The pizzas were delicious perfectly made could use a little bit more pepperoni though and the customer service when I went to pick it up was very great the guy is very polite and nice and friendly
This store has absolutely won my loyalty. I always order online, and it's always delivery, so I may not have the widest perspective. But I'm positive that if my food is always perfect, it most be that way with carry--out , as well. The delivery drivers are always very kind and courteous. Any the pizza is always piping hot!

The delivery driver, called Tiffany, is extra sweet and friendly. She always makes my husband and myself feel like not only extremely important customers, but like we're the only customers. She's really awesome!A
