This place is in the ghetto and these poor workers already have a tough job as it is. I’m always impressed with the service, speed and quality of food at this location. Thank you.
Horrible experience. Actually inexcusable experience. I had a large order, for which there were no other customers at the time, and I told the girl I have multiple orders to order and instead of tackling one order at a time. The girl had 3 other people come out to help her. The order was for 5 sandwiches. so I am getting multiple questions thrown at me because some were toasted and some were not. As I am trying to tell one person that the meat(bacon), needed to be heated up, the franchise owner, interrupted very harshly and told me not to be raising my voice at his employee... like if I was yelling at them, which I was extremely offended since that is not my demeanor. He then proceeded to tell me I was holding up the line, instead of having his employees take one order at a time, he was raising his voice to me in front of the other customers saying not to disrespect his employees and that I can take my business an elsewhere... which I did gladly. That was almost a $60 order, before the tip! Very disrespectful, I couldn't believe this person owned a franchise. I thought I was dealing with an A-Plus company... instead, I felt like I was in the war zone with some hood off the streets. I was so embarrassed and disrespected, I went to the Walmart manager to complain. My next stop is the Walmart headquarters as well as your headquarters. This is unacceptable for any company to treat its paying consumers in that manner. I feel you need to know to correct this before losing more customers.
On a good note, I went down the street to another 'REAL' Subway and my order was done correctly from the get-go. I didn't have to say anything. One gal started the order. Another girl put everything together. Kudos to store #22348-0, These 2 young ladies were trained right!!* Thank you for superb service; Mariah and Alyssa! I will go to this location from now on!!
We were there around 11:00 and the lady making our sandwiches and working with us was very nice and chipper. Tha food was perfect also. Great experience!
The Caucasian lady that works late night, is a very special employee!! She, and the Native American employees, were amazing!!!!
The sandwiches are always good and the cookies are tasteful and soft. Keep up the good work.
This is the ONLY Subway I will go to in Albuquerque. I come to eat here 2 or 3 times a month. The ladies who work here are ALWAYS nice. They always greet us when we come in and thank us when we leave. They hustle when they have a line, apologize for the wait, and thank us for our patience. It is ALWAYS clean and the food always looks fresh. I just went today and one of the girls was making me a sandwich and she stopped to sign for a package. She immediately changed her gloves after. Great service and amazing fresh food! I have not had any bad experiences here! I love eating here!
Best subway in town, staff are friendly, fast, and get the job done. The restaurant is nice and big to eat inside. Food is always fresh and delicious!
The girls at this location were sweet and the sandwiches came out great!
Was Greeted right as we walked in the door. No smile at first but they ended up joking with us as we were there longer. Talked to us and our girls. Dont really eat out much but might come back if they are here. 09/02/2017 @1:45 The lady and older gentleman got busy as we orded then paid so didnt get to say a goodbye.
I prefer this coors location over the other subways. They always have good people behind the counter, its always clean and they have a really nice new toaster.
