I stopped by this location and immediately I felt welcome. The managers on duty where great and friendly. They made you laugh and made visit enjoyable. My visit was on 2/21/17 sound 2pm.
UPDATE: This McDonald’s location is great! The food is delicious and I love the remodel! The cashier was acting mean, but it was obvious that he was joking and being funny. I also really love their cool Halloween decorations! A few minor complaints that I have with this location are that the dining room seems a little smaller than it used to be and the chairs are mounted into the floor, so you’re not able to pull them closer to the table. I also don’t know why they play Jesus music in the lobby, but it doesn’t bother me. All in all, our experience was awesome and we’ll definitely go back to this location soon!
This is our local McDs and the people there are what stands out to us. The food is standard fast food fare, so the star rating are for the fine folks who work there. Always, always great service with genuine smiles.
In my opinion this is one of the nicest and fanciest McDonald’s in Albuquerque. The cashier lady was so cute, she surprised me with an extra small fries and this really made my day. Thank you! They work also fast, I’ve never had a problem here.
I don’t think I have been to this McDonalds before and I found it had very good service with people who seemed well trained and actually interested in getting me my food!

We had a great experience at this location. We took the kids here since they had an indoor play area. The service was fast and the staff were super friendly. They went above and beyond in making our visit one to remember.
Ordered my first McRib of the season - it was as good as ever! Friendly and quick service in a clean restaurant.
Always have fresh fries or anything I order from here comes out very fresh. Customer service is awesome and play room great too!
As far as McDonald's go, it's your standard fast food. You end up at McDonald's for a quick n’ easy bite; however, this McDonald's stands out because of its kind staff. They add to the experience— not only fast food, but friendly food. Notably, at the drive thru (usually during the later shifts) there's a remarkably personable employee at the first window, and often times, there's also a fun employee who does flip tricks with the drinks. These little touches of personality and authentic kindness really make your standard ol' McDonald's taste better. (and don't get me wrong, the food is good, and when I place a special order, it always comes out accurately)
The store is pretty quick with drive-thru. & food is good. Haven't eaten inside, so no comment. Normally, I don't have any issues with this location.
I had requested a receipt at the food pickup window after noticing I didn't get a receipt. Employee immediately informed manager. I was told to wait in #1 spot. I waited 25 mins to get my receipt, after I called store twice.
A very nice and helpful person was working the front counter. We really appreciated him.
