Haha I got on here to rave about John but it looks like I'm not the only one! With it being Cow Appreciation Day and their line being out the door- I have never been more catered to than I was today! John anticipated our needs before I even knew what they were! High chairs and placemats set up, cleaned up our spills, multiple refills, and cheered up the little ones when they were scared of the big cow mascot (and came with little stuffed cows that made their day). Seriously- I will pass one Chick Fil A to get to this one because the customer service and cleanliness is really THAT good.
I was so impressed with the service at this Chick-fil-A I had to write a review. I have been to many Chick-fil-A's and this one by far exceeded the normal amazing service expected here. After ordering a gentlemen named John greeted us and asked if we needed a highchair. I have a two year old and wrangling the tray, a chair and my son can be daunting. Not only did John get us a highchair , he wiped it down with a alcohol wipe and set up the plastic mat on the table for my son. After he got all of our sauces, utensils and napkins. I will definitely come back to this location. Great job !
This chic fila is top notch. The customer service is great. Example, tonight my son dropped the last 3 of his nuggets and a nice young employee walking by offered to replace them. I would have bought more, but didn't have to even get up. It's the little things �
