Looking for a restaurant that serves authentic South Indian snack items, then Aunty’s Kitchen in Alpharetta is the place to go!👌🏻 A small hole-in-the-wall restaurant owned by a husband and wife duo that serves South-Indian dishes like Idli Sambhar, different types of dosas and chaat specials. Their Kerala Parotta with Egg Curry is a must order along with the filter coffee. They have daily specials and on weekends they also serve Idiyappam and Appam Vegetable Stew.

One of our most exciting local finds. Run by a husband and wife team. All food is cooked by the wife herself, and omg are they delicious. We didn’t know where to start ordering but the owner was very kind to recommend. We ended up getting more food as we go because they’re just so good! I especially enjoyed puttu and parrota.
India is such a diverse society with so many languages and culture, and there are so many regional foods to explore! I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. Be sure to ask the owner which ones he recommend and can’t be found elsewhere.
If you go on Friday evening expect some wait time, but it’s WORTH IT!
First time visiting. Dabeli and Masala Puri are really good! Quite an authentic taste. Uncle is really friendly and helped us decide on what we wanted to order. The place wasn't crowded but people dropped in and out constantly for dine-in and take-out. Also tried Kachori Chaat, which was good but we were expecting Mumbai-style and it wasn't. Ended on a high note with Filter Coffee ( if you don't want sugar, let them know while placing order).
Thank you for the good food!
