Outstanding counter staff! Everyone was actively doing something as I approached, and two folks quickly turned their attention on me.
My order was made, the two in mention snapped right to fulfilling my request.
The food was warm, flavorful, actually attractive too.
The whole experience was positive and I would certainly return in my future.
Great places for Asian food. Fresh and big variety. It's a national chain so you know what you are getting.
Nobe was so kind and patient with us. She fawned over our kids. Wish i could hire her to come work for me.
I have eaten at the Altoona location probably at least 10 times in the past couple of years. Every single time, I have always had a great experience. There were a couple of times where I had to wait for whatever reason and the staff was always very pleasant and handed out a ton of coupons because I waited longer. Just had lunch there this past Wednesday and I tried online ordering but it was unavailable. When I called, I was told there was only 2 staff members there so they had a limited menu. When I got there to order, the young man took the time to tell me all of the items on their limited menu and I still thought that they had a fantastic selection. I ordered A good amount of food for me and my coworkers and no sooner did I pay did I have my food. So despite their issue of being short staffed, neither staff member was rude or appeared to be stressed and I got my food very quickly. It was amazing as usual! Great job!
