Oh my God!!! First time ever to Pancheros and let me tell you. I’ve never seen a burrito that size.!!! Holy cow!!! If you’re hungry when you walk in, you won’t be walking out hungry, that’s for darn sure!!! Awesome experience.
Very kind staff, delicious food, in fact the only problem I've had is that in recent moths the burritos only seem a bit smaller. I'm not sure why, however, I have always found it to be good quality food.

They were professional & polite!
... EVERY experience at a restaurant effects our want or willingness to come back as a customer.
I had been there 5-8 mins waiting for my orders.
At which point they ask the names, they communicate amongst themselves come back with sorry, don't know how long it's going to be. It's so busy!
Most restaurants have a tendency to put platform delivery drivers at the back of the line because of the sea of people before them... Understandable!
As a platform driver I've experienced this time after time in my 14,000+ deliveries.
The resolve; owners of restaurants remember & teach their employees.
This will make you more money, help your employee stress level & get food to your customers.
* Follow the time on the order ticket.
* Have at least one person dedicated to platform order handling sequence & follow consistently.
*Pay them more $$ their worth it!

* We're not cutting in line. We should have our own pickup line & employee to help us.
