Buffalo Little Lamb Amherst

Came in for the first time on Friday! Never knew you guys even existed because of all the construction going on in the plaza. Thank God for the new sign that went up recently, or I would of never seen you. First of all, I'm a "foodie", and it was one of the best dining experiences that I've had in a while! Your customer service is top-notch... my water glass was never empty or even half full for that matter - same thing went for the broth! And then the food, oh the food...and the flavors, spiced to perfection. The cuts of meat were quality (I'm very picky with that), not one ounce of fat - which I appreciated & more than enough for 2 people. The veggies were fresh and the presentation was on point! The homemade noodles... �! A bonus, was the ability to create (mix & match) your own sauce, the combinations are endless. I wanted to bottle up my creation and take it home with me - if I do say so myself! There are also private rooms available for large parties & inside those rooms... karaoke! The only negative: you guys aren't seen! You need more of an online/social media presence! Also, a sign above the actual establishment would be a big help! I'm assuming this is temporary, due to the refurbishing of the plaza. I would def have a website (couldn't find it online) & go to UB and post fliers/coupons etc Other than that, I have no complaints. The price points are also very reasonable as well! I will be back... this Sunday actually! Very pleased... I urge everyone to experience what you're missing out on!

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an interesting, unique and delicious dining experience.
