I generally don't go to Carl's Jr because I was totally outraged by their sexist advertising. I think that has changed, but I made this visit because the location was on my tight schedule route and one of the person's I was purchasing for was emphatic about trying the Jurassic burger. I purchased 2 double Western Cheese burgers and 1 Jurassic burger, 1 fries, 2 onion rings. I have to admit, they were great! Perhaps it was the timing and the joint wasn't slammed, but I had no complaints. I breezed thru the drive-up and my order was correct. When I arrived home, the burgers were still hot and juicy! The lettuce was crispy and tomatoes were fresh., along with the buns. The Westerns were tasty and filling. The Jurassic with the added slices of prime rib proved to be worth the hype, at least for our eater. The fries were crisp. The onion ring breading isn't my favorite type, but they were tasty and not greasy. Overall, I was pleased with the experience and the food. I'm not a big fast food eater, but I'll keep Abbott Rd Carl's Jr on my list of "good eats", as long as they don't go back to their sexist marketing!

Excellent char broiled bacon bbq burger! One of the best I've ever tasted at any fast food place. Very kind and helpful staff too!

It's been a long time since I've been to a Carl's Jr., as the one in Kenai closed in 2016. Glad to hear the Tagalog from the employees (my fiance is Filipino). Thank you for the experience.
