I don't post much on Facebook, but I would like to dedicate one to this store. Tropical Cafe has become my new favorite shop! The service was excellent, especially from a young man named Jesse. He worked very hard just to make sure I left with a smile on my face. Thanks! I'll continue to come here. Here's a 5 star rating Tropical Smoothie, you deserve it!
I’ve been coming to this Tropical Smoothie for a couple of years now. The service has never been phenomenal. It always seems hectic and somewhat dirty. However, it seems there must be some sort of change in management as the place seems cleaner. I spoke briefly to the woman serving me (she told me her name was Tia something?) I’m always trying something new and she was EXCELLENT with her recommendations and answering my incessant questions. I have a texture preference that usually hinders my ability to truly enjoy what I receive. I am VERY happy that I continued trying until it was perfect. This smoothie was honestly PERFECT. Perfectly smooth without it being chunky or runny in any way. While there was another employee ignoring us on his phone and seeming generally peeved, she was more than accommodating & very apologetic. She seemed a joy to be around, even while running around filling orders on her own. I’ll definitely be coming back. I don’t know how much she’s being paid, but it isn’t nearly enough
I noticed there were only two employees in today, the lady who took my order was Cherrelle. She made sure to greet everyone who came in and deliver as prompt of service as she could even though there were about 7 people in the lobby plus online orders. I patiently waited about 10 minutes if that for my baja chicken wrap and hurricane smoothie. Sooo yummy! I just wanted to give props to Cherrelle for doing her best out here while being understaffed!
