You'd never expect such a small trailer to offer high-quality food. The Red Hots (their name sake) are on point, with fresh/crisp veggies that compliment the high-quality beef. If you order, make sure to pick up a 'chicago tamale.' They're cheap and out-of-this world. Normally order for pickup at work. They are fast and efficient over the phone and the order had just been packaged when we picked up. Everything was perfect out of the bag. For the money, you can't beat this place for lunch.

Great Italian Beef! Coming from a Chicago native. The quality of the meat was outstanding and the gravy was not greasy. Had enough kick, you didn't need Giardiniera peppers. Better Italian Beef than I've had at some places in Chicago, and the Gonnella rolls are the real deal.

I frequent their food truck on RT. 7 and it's nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy a Chicago style dog. Rough seating makes it a bit odd but the food is worth it.
