Went here because the reviews said it was amazing. The reviews were RIGHT. We got Calamari, Steamed Dumplings and Spring rolls for appetizers. All of them were excellent. My daughter couldn't stop raving about the dumplings. The Calamari was fresh and not rubbery at all. Onto the mail course... I ordered General Tsu's Chicken and it was really the best I've had. It was crispy and not overly breaded. Sauce was light but flavorful. Other dishes ordered were Walnut Shrimp, Salmon, Salt and Pepper shrimp, Combination Fried rice and Curry Chicken. All the dishes were loved except The Curry was too spicy. People that ordered drinks said they tasted watered down. My complaint is the menu is very hard to read. My win, they validated parking... plus the great food. Also our server was super nice. PRO TIP: Pay attention to the bill. There was a "Service Charge" on the bill to get you to tip twice. Once for the SC and then a line for the Tip.

Hsu’s is worth a visit and its location couldn't be more convenient. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff is friendliness, adding a personal touch to the experience. The authentic menu is a delight for those craving classic, rich flavors and the food is freshly prepared.
A colleague and I ate here on our first evening ever in Atlanta. It was close to the hotel and sounded good. Upon arriving, everyone inside is going on and on about how it's an establishment, worth the wait etc. I ordered a French Martini. It was fresh and strong. A great cocktail. For starters we got the crab angels and steamed dumplings, both really good. The sauces were great, especially if you like ginger. We got the Szechwan style string beans with chicken and sesame chicken with fried rice for our entrees. The Szechwan chicken was so good and just spicy enough. The beans were were perfectly crisp. The fried rice was delicious and the sesame chicken was a classic. Would definitely recommend.
