Went in feeling down and overwhelmed about earlier happenings to feeling uplifted after my visit with this store. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. The cashier and manager both answered questions I had about the menu. Their recommendations satisfied exactly what I was craving. The store is always clean. The staff is always friendly. The food is great and the wait times are short!

I am going to take a star off of this review for food because on the app. even if you add that you want mayo etc on your sandwich...it continues to come out dry. I've even requested that packages be put in my bag...I assume they are in there...I get to work...dry sandwich. At this location I requested to add cucumbers, which is supposed to be a free item...if there was a small upcharge, I'd be ok. I tried to add it to app order...told the cashier before they made my sandwich....I still didn't get it. I thought...one way to insure some moisture to sandwich....sooooo what happens when I open the bag...no mayo on sandwich....no packages in bag....no cucumber....another dry lunch.
I joined the sip club. We are into almost 3 weeks. I've only went in for 3 drinks. Maybe I should try for the drivethru...I'm not sure if you can do that...but I really wanted to see if this would be a value. I also wanted to see if it would cause me to choose healthier lunch options from fried foods. Still a work in progress.
Good food at a reasonable cost, although prices have gone up this year. Good selection of simple sandwiches, soups and salads — sometimes items are sold out and definitely check your to-go order before you leave to make sure everything is included.
