I’ve had some pretty good breakfast tacos in my life, but these are definitely in my top 3! The tacos were piping hot (just how I like my food) and delicious. The tacos are super stuffed, almost overstuffed, so the price is very fair. I had bacon, potato, egg, and cheese in every bite. I paid $10 and some change for 3 tacos…Worth every single cent. 10/10, and that’s just for the breakfast tacos.
Best hamburger I’ve ever had! Free drink refills! Affordable menu with sizable portions! Food was fresh, hot, and delicious! Service was friendly and efficient. Restaurant was clean, plenty of seating (booth or chair options), and included waiting benches for to-go orders. Small menu with just the basics, but quality is out of this world! The staff looked relaxed and happy to be working with each other! Fresh produce, fluffy yet crispy fires, patty cooked to the perfect temperature, and perfect amount of mustard! Parking can be a little difficult during busier hours and the soda machine is too close to the check out.

Absolutely incredible. I've lived in Austin for a few years after moving from out of state and one of my favorite ways to explore the city is to try out new food. I tried all the typical fast food and fast casual burgers, and I can say without a doubt, that Dan's is the absolute best burger I could find.
First of all, it's affordable. $7 for a double patty and cheese, in this economy and for this quality, is incredible.
The quality of ingredients have been top-tier every time I've gone and the buns are always toasted to perfection. The meat is always hot, juicy, and delicious.
There is plenty of free parking and seating around the restaurant (both with chairs and booths) with free unlimited self-serve refills if you get a soda.
My only one issue is the trash cans around the place have been overflowing all three times I've been here. Not a big deal as I was able to carry my trash outside and throw it away at the trash can immediately by the entrance, but it is something I've noticed.
Overall I 100% recommend anyone come and try their burgers here. The staff are friendly and the food is fresh! I'm glad this is a bit further from me, otherwise my family and I would be visiting every day!
Trap and Trav Grilled Adventures recently visited Dan's Burgers in Austin, Texas, a place that has been around for 50 years. We had the double cheeseburger with bacon, jalapeños, and onions, and a side of curly fries and onion rings. We also grabbed vanilla and chocolate milkshakes. Everything was amazing!
The burgers were juicy and flavorful, with a perfectly crispy sear on the outside. The bacon was thick and smoky, and the jalapeños added a nice kick of heat. The onion rings were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the curly fries were perfectly seasoned.
The milkshakes were thick and creamy, and the flavors were spot-on. The vanilla milkshake was rich and decadent, and the chocolate milkshake was rich and chocolaty.
Overall, we had an amazing experience at Dan's Burgers. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. We would highly recommend Dan's Burgers to anyone looking for a great burger in Austin.

In a neighborhood full of farm-to-table, juice cleanses, and packed brunch restaurants, there’s Dan’s Hamburgers.
An honest, down-to-earth place, it is the good and greasy diner food that doesn’t pretend to be anything else than what it is. The service is kind, and the people here are grounded, and the scent of onion rings and beef patties is all it is. There’s not much else to say other than it’s the place that serves the largest pile of curly fries I’ve ever seen, and that’s all I could ask for.

This is a great old school joint with a very juicy tasty burger and huge onion rings. The ladies at the front were super awesome and welcoming. A must stop in if in the area.
I'm something of a burger connoisseur if I say so myself. And I don't leave reviews unless it's something to remember. As soon as I walked in my burger senses were tingling. As the new kids would say, this spot is bussin and gives off the perfect old school vibe. Definitely worth clogging your arteries.

Really excellent burger. Just the right ratio of ingredients, and the bun didn't get soggy very fast. Prices are phenomenal - got the same order I get at other burger places and it was cheaper than the same thing at a certain orange and white striped chain. Staff was lovely, I felt very welcome.
I've lived in Texas my whole and I never had Dan's until my boyfriend said you need to try Dan's today I had Dan's burgers and they were the most amazing hamburgers. you can taste every in side burger perfect even like how they did have ranch for the fires 🔥 the ranch was good too I love it I love it so for a good burger this is the place. The staff was very nice and helpful 😁
