My favorite place in Austin to get Tayaki and Bingsu ice cream (Korean shaved ice cream)! They have a second location in the Highlands area which is typically more popular, but this one is just as good. I haven’t tried their rice balls, but I’ve heard great things about them. Something I like about this location is that they don’t hold back on the filling for the Tayaki. The large Bingsu is enough to feed anyone from 1 to 6 people in my opinion, and it is filled with both ice cream and the fruit of choice. My personal preference is the strawberry. I would highly recommend for any occasion, as they have a lot of variety to choose from and it’s not too pricey! Great service as well.

Edit 9/30: Came back here today and changed my review to 5 starts! I love the new concept and the new menu! More flavors for the rice balls and fun desert options. The Nutella fish shaped desert is amazing. My new favorite treat 😍 I didn’t come back here often since my last visit/review Now I now I will be coming back all the time! Inicial review 👇🏼 Delicious food and it has good vegetarian options too. I love the side options aside from the pokes. I tried the bacon and avocado rice balls and it was great! Service was good and place is really clean.

Olapoke and Sharetea power couple~ They recently updated their menu with a bunch of other popular Asian foods and I’m excited to try more! I got their fried chicken, forgot which flavor but I think it was on the sweet side! The sauce was unique and tasty, maybe a hint of cinnamon? I think the fried batter was falling apart a bit, so not my first choice for kfc in town but I like that it’s nearby~ I’d have to try it a few times to get a good assessment on it tho!

I had an awesome experience here! I had a salmon poke bowl with mangos, kale, seaweed salad, crab meat salad, house sauce, brown rice, and salad (second picture). The atmosphere is chill, staff was super helpful especially since this was my first time. The selection is good for those who like spicy or not and kids are welcome too. I also scored some points on the five star app, definitely coming back!

Onigiri! Aka rice balls. Ordered the salmon, spicy tuna, and tuna mayo. These were nice sized, excellently packed with a lot of filling, and great flavor. Spacious and clean place, and next to Sharetea (bonus). We'll be back for more!

First time trying this place out and it did not disappoint! Medium bowl comes with 3 scoops of fish for 10.99 and it was quite filling. Fresh ingredients as well. Also ordered their Korean fried chicken (hot and spicy flavor), which hit the spot. Would definitely come back again!!

Stopped in on a whim, tried the “Bingsu”, essentially Korean ice cream.. wow, so delicious. Will have to come back and try some of their Taiyaki, and Onigiri (rice balls).

amazing poke! raw fish was fresh and the variety of toppings and fish were good. I also appreciate how there are many other options for food besides poke (ex. Korean fried chicken and musubi). the place is also very clean and spacious.

Love Ola Poke. Have been coming almost weekly for couple of months. More options and more generous with their scoops than other poke places I've tried. Usually get a bowl. I like that you build it to what you like. Choice of white rice, brown rice or salad as a base. More protein options than other poke places I've tried, i.e. ahi tuna, salmon, shrimp, spicy tuna, spicy salmon, yellowtail, albacore. More generous with their portions, too. Tried pork belly buns for the first time and probably will skip them in the future (the salad was great but the pork belly wasn't as tender and flavorful as I'd hoped for). I've heard the Korean Fried Chicken is worth a try. Also love the Hawaiian drinks they offer.
