Place is very whimpsical...its a combination of bakery and gift shop. The cupcakes are very delicious, moist and very flavorful. I bought, sneakerdoodle, red velvet, matterhorn, and oreo. All cupcakes are awesomely delicious and will never surrender eating these cute and beautiful cupcakes. Highly recommended to everyone who has sweet tooth.

My husband and I used Sweet Surrender for our wedding, using cupcakes and small cake. As always, the desserts were delicious and the red velvet cake was simply fantastic. Moreover, Sweet Surrender was timely on our wedding day with the delivery and helpful in setting up the cupcakes and cake, making the set up look amazing. Sweet Surrender has not only established itself as the premier baker of cupcakes in Bakersfield, but has really come into its own as a baker of wedding cakes. This is hands down best place in town for cakes and cupcakes!!! My goal is to have order every flavor for your cakes so far I gotten Mattehorn, lemon white chocolate, funfetti, banana split and carrot. Can't wait for next one��
