Delicious food but a nightmare to pick up. The meals were tasty and had okay portions, but I would not recommend the desserts because they come in such tiny portions. Also would not recommend picking this up unless you are walking to the restaurant because it is on an incredibly busy street with virtually no parking.
The best Indian and Nepali in the City! I walked in and the restaurant smelled like my family's home cooking.
There was only one person running the restaurant while some friends and I dined in. While they were slammed with takeout orders, the service, wait time, and food were impeccable. The man running the restaurant was great to talk to and was extremely generous! He really has a mastery of the spices as each individual one comes through just right and you can really tell he cares about the food he makes and that people enjoy it.
Everything we ordered knocked it out of the park. The naan was fluffy and soft with a crisp exterior. Not one piece was even close to rubbery, which is consistently served at most of the other restaurants in the area.
I have eaten a LOT of Indian and Nepali food in my life, and I've never had better naan or tandoori chicken than here. The chicken vindaloo was so tender it practically fell off the bone. The mango chutney rivaled my mom's. I can't believe the prices are such a steal. Such good food and even better value. So glad I found this place. It's been a week and I'm already a regular
One of my favorite spots for Indian food! Always delicious and staff are wonderful! I am so glad they’re open again! My portions were always big enough for me to eat for a couple days! I love Kabob Stop!!
