We were visiting from Long Island. Wanted something outside of the local resorts. Saw this place while driving around and decided to give it a shot. We were so happy we did. Food was phenomenal. Spice levels were perfect. The lamb chops were amazing. For entrees we ordered two different chicken curry dishes and both were great. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
We went to mount airy casino and this place is about 19 mins away and pretty straightforward. The food is freakin amazing. This is my second time coming here. We got khadhi paneer Malai kofta and tal mankhani. Samosa. Garlic naan and butter naan. Desert also. Waiting on the desert. The ambiance is great and the wait staff is very customer centric. Amazing Punjabi food. You feel like you are transported to India. Kudos

The waiter walked us through practically the entire menu, & if you’re not really into Indian food, they offer Asian food as well. By far blows any Chinese food around here away. So fresh! Will be back!
There was no wait for a party of two at dinner time. The staff quickly seated us and took our order.
We ordered the samosa chat, garlic naan, lamb tikka masala, lamb vindaloo, and Thai iced tea. The samosa chat was delicious, and the lamb tikka masala was tender and creamy. The garlic naan was standard. The lamb vindaloo was a little sour and salty.
The food was a little expensive, but overall it was a great experience! I highly recommend visiting.
unbelievably incredible to say the least, i’m not a big fan of most of the food of the cuisine, there’s somethings i like but i am an incredibly picky eater, but here i had everything!! it was delicious and i cannot wait to come back

We’ve enjoyed Spice Route for several years. Every one of the Indian & Pan-Asian dishes we have tried have been beautifully prepared and delicious. Service is friendly, informative and helpful.
The level of heat in each dish can almost always be tailored to your taste while the rich flavors are nicely maintained.
Slice Route is one of the best restaurants in Northeast PA and anywhere.
You will not be disappointed.
Amazing dining in Spice Route today! Had very good chili paneer and kung pao chicken! Umesh was our host, very friendly and efficient! Will be coming back, highly recommend!
This is the place to go for Indi-chinese food in the Stroudsburg area!! We ordered Chicken Hakka Noodles, Biryani, Butter Chicken, Garlic and Butter Naan. Every single dish was scrumptious. You won't regret coming here. You can also ask for chilli sauces for the noodles, like I did. They have 4 flavors of chilli sauce to go with Chinese food. I would definitely come here again when I'm in PA. Money well spent.
We booked this restaurant for birthday celebration for group of 15 people. Food was good, especially the spice level we asked was perfect. Will recommend chicken biryani, malwani shrimp and chicken tikka. Bhindi masala, bindi was frozen and chewy, in malai kofta, koftas were kind of uncooked inside. Avocado fritters and gobi manchurian were good but portions were small. We wanted to order in advance and they said no. We ordered food after going, it took very long and everyone was very hungry. This restaurant is not for big group on weekends. If u r in area we recommend to visit the place. They also played nice music for birthday.
