IHOP is located in the Bay Terrace shopping center.
The restaurant wasn't crowded when we arrived around 1PM.
The new menu has a large assortment to choose from.
The waitress was friendly and attentive. She took our four orders and returned with them hot. She checked with us to make sure we didn't need anything. The food was all good.
We all left satisfied and with leftovers.
Service was top-notch with lots of attention even while it started getting busy. Everything was exactly as ordered even with the changes. Server made sure I was good the entire time. Great spot for breakfast and lunch.
At first I was tentative about bringing my two friends here due to some less than enthusiastic recent reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. This will be my go to meeting place bc of : Friendly, efficient staff. Yummy waffles. Delicious eggs and home fries.( I’ve cooked in restaurants and know good food ). Plentiful portions. Hot fresh coffee & bright atmosphere What more could you ask for?
Menu had so many choices. The food was hot and fresh. Staff is very helpful and fast service. No Wait time.

There wasn't really a lot of people at the time we arrived. It was before dinner. My grandson wanted to try a milkshake. I wanted a pattymelt. The waitress is very pleasant and gave us time to choose our food. The food came out in a timely fashion. We were very satisfied. We will return.
