Picked up dinner after a long day. The place was extremely clean and the kitchen was spotless. Order a burger and sweet potato fries. Was very tasty. Burger was fresh and the fries were good and not that greasy. The only thing missing was pickles on the burger

Had a great experience here, the chocolate Nutella milkshakes are to die for. Food isn’t too pricy and the customer service was amazing as well. No complaints, 10/10 would come back.

Salads ====== Tossed Salad Bar Pies ======= Meatball Parmesan Pie Italian Specialties ============== Lasagna: B- A very good lasagna, but I found the tomato sauce to be too sweet. Perhaps there's too much tomato paste (which is very sweet). I prefer a deep, rich, bold tomato sauce. Also, I prefer lasagnas with ricotta cheese, which gives lasagna a more dish-like quality and provides balance with a deep rich tomato sauce. This lasagna is very good; just not great. Butcher Block =========== St Louis Style BBQ Ribs: A I normally dislike St. Louis style BBQ because I find the sauce to be too sweet. However, the St. Louis ribs at D'Alessandro's are FANTASTIC. They're not drowned in sauce, and the sauce is more aromatic/flavorful than typical sweet/goopy St. Louis ribs. Lots of marbling in these ribs, meaning they're cooked well. The sauce's sugar provides a lovely, deep brown surface caramelization outside with a deliciously yummy, soft, and juicy inside. Perfect. Signature Sandwiches ================= Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich Sides ===== Homemade Meatballs and Marinara Sauce Classic Creamed Spinach Desserts ======= Fried Oreo: A+ I've never had a fried Oreo before, so I didn't know what to expect. Surprise #1: They are round balls -- they look like zeppoli or doughnut holes. Surprise #2: The Oreo itself doesn't retain its individuality. It kind of ... melds into the fried doughnut portion. You won't bite into it and say "Aha, this is the where the Oreo ends and the doughnut begins". They kind of meld into each other, more subtly than you'd think. Surprise #3: You don't really taste the Oreo at all. The "Oreoness" is more of an aroma than a flavor. You catch a "whiff" of Oreo as you bite into the dessert. Surprise #4: It's not as sweet as you'd think it would be. If you dusted off the powdered sugar, it would hardly be sweet at all!
