Like he said... Like Roman S. says, the BEST fish tacos in Bellingham. I spent 20 years of my life in Carlsbad, California (land of the fish taco) and I must say that this little taco truck is awe-inspiring. As a former southern-Californian, I crave good Mexican food in the Pacific NW like no other. Not only is their food fantastico, but their service is great (there's sweet couple that runs it) though be prepared for a little wait; they make everything fresh. BEST MEXICAN FOOD in all of Bellingham...made with love and care and muy delicioso pescado! I will take pics the next time I go! The pork burritos and fish tacos are what I have tried thusfar and I can't wait to try more.

Some of the best fish tacos in Bham! No lie.
While there's plenty of good taco trucks (Tacos Tecalitlan has excellent chicken tacos, for instance) and taquerias, Tule's tacos pescado cannot be beat (well, okay, La Gloria's better, but this is the best from a truck or taqueria) . Everything, the fish (tilapia), veggies, salsa, is very fresh and carefully prepared, which takes a little longer, but the quality is more than worth it. My favorites are the fish tacos (not the platter; skip the beans and rice, and get three tacos: I could swear they're bigger this way), and the taco salad with fish. Burritos are good, too, but the fish was overwhelmed by the beans, rice and veggies.
The chicken was good, but I've only tried it once because the fish is just too good to pass up! Overall, the food is very fresh, prepared well, and isn't dripping with cheese (I hate that!), and reminds me of the Mexican food from my childhood in the Santa Clara Valley and Yuba County, California. It's inexpensive, too; $6 will get you a delicious, satisfying meal.
The couple that work the truck are super nice, very friendly and sweet, too!
Great food! This is one of my favorite Mexican food trucks in Bellingham. The staff is always so nice too!!
