The lamejun are delicious and quite authentic too. I also tried the vegetarian grape leaves and they were excellent! They're like homemade appetizers. This place also offers a lot of Armenian and middle eastern food like sujuk, basterma, labneh, and so much more. I would definitely come back!
Walk in just once and feel like family. The produce and baked goods are absolutely amazing ❤️ People are so kind and friendly. Absolute must visit if in the area.
My absolute favorite place to go! And since I don't live nearby anymore, visiting is an even more special of a treat! The second you walk in the door the amazing scents overwhelm your senses! What to get first? I guess the MUST HAVES... Apricot paste, I'll take two please! Halva, oh the choices! Fresh pita bread, definitely! I could go on and on... BUT, I can't leave without at least 5 boxes of Lamejun! NO ONE makes lamejun like Eastern Lamejun! Visit... you won't be let down!
Darn good zaatar bread, just wish it was consistently more moist/fluffy. But in any case usually stop to get some if i happen to be driving by.
Been going there since 1970's great food, consistent. kid
The service and food here are top notch. Their meat lamejun (lamb and beef Armenian thin pizzas) and spinach & cheese turnovers are my favorites. The employees are kind, helpful and clearly care deeply for their community and customers. Stopping in is always such a treat and the variety of groceries is very fun as well. This is a model for small businesses. I was just in earlier today and I can’t wait to stop back in.
