They usually have live bands on weekends of various types. Local bands can be either very good or mediocre. They bring up bands from the Twin Cities, too, so the variety of genre can relate to anyone. I was nicely surprised at the Ska band! Blues every Tuesday. They do have beers at the cheap end of the spectrum if you're strapped for cash, a variety of types of beer on tap (including citrus which was tasty,) and the staff is pleasant. I haven't had the food here yet cuz I am strapped for cash, but plan to attend the Drag event tonight. Yes, a Drag event. Kudos to management for being so open-minded. Two pool tables, dart boards, and lots of seating. Seating sort of gets mashed together when the small dance floor gets full.
Awesome live music on the weekends. Local talent with some national talent making stops as well. This is THE small town bar in big city of Bemidji. Stiff drinks, great staff, great food (suggest nachos with house made chips), and right downtown close enough to walk to another half dozen bars though doubt you'll wanna leave
Toddy's has a great atmosphere, low lighting, live music every week, and the best food I've had in any bar. I love Taco Tursdays for $1 each and the. Lots of craft beers, too.
Based on comparison to other places like this (a middle ground bar serving locals not attending college), it's a great place to stop in for awhile. They have music on the weekends and they also serve food. In a week or so, ownership is being transferred to a businessman who runs another bar in town just like it.
Went here to do some drinking. Did a great good carding me at the door. Great bar hopping bar. Had a great bartender at the time. Didnt have to wait long. It was also clean

Sleepy, dirty and neon-lit, this dive bar has one of the best craft beer selections in town.
