Great place for a salad and very customisable. The dressings are good and you can get light medium or heavy dressing.
New Update 10/9/18:
They've returned the clear salad bowls to the regular size, so I'll return my rating to the original state.
Update 1/3/18:
They shrunk the bowls by 60% and kept the price the same. Today's my last visit until they return to the original bowl size.

I had the Mexican Cesar Salad and replaced the tortillas with croutons. Added a mixture of the balsamic vinegar sauce with the hot n honey sauce. Very yummy! The only criticism I have is that I wish the meat-to-salad ratio was a little better.
A warm bowl of soup or a lovely clean salad can be purchased there. Parking is abundant, and this site is frequently busy. Knowing that people occasionally go above and above for their consumers made me very happy. I'll come back to eat some better selections.

Great salads overall but it seems like as time goes on portions get smaller and smaller, I've been to this spot at least 25x, if you get their app you get a free salad after the x amount spent which adds up quickly. Now I will say there is a Hispanic manager with long hair and squeaky voice that is very rude everytime I come, I despise getting that guy bc I know he will skim the portions and attitude / sassyness is always guaranteed, last time he overcharged me, I got w customer service and they were able to help out. Again, I am giving this a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating bc food is always good.
I had unfortunately came to the wrong location picking up an order, and was dismayed when I realized at the last part of my break would be spent driving 12 minutes towards the next location. That was when a team member there, Leslie was so gracious enough as to prepare my food here. I was really taken care of especially when I was short for time. This really made me happy knowing that people are willing to go the extra mile sometimes for their customers.
All the employees are so friendly and helpful. I love that you can pick a salad on the menu and then make substitutions. All the salads I have tried have been delicious and fresh!
This place is amazing but you have to order one of the premade salads otherwise they will charge you $30

I highly recommend using the app to order ahead for pickup. Using the app also gets you a $10 credit for every $100 you spend at Chopt.
Parking lot can be congested.
Beware that there is often a table or two in use just outside the entrance which doesn't give you 6 feet of clearance to get into the store.
