I have had many good experiences with this Arby's. Like any fast food restaurant there are some items forgotten in the bag from time to time, but for the most part the food and service has been good. The most disappointing experiences so far have been the rude customers barking at the staff for small issues that did not deserve their awful attitudes. I have witnessed more rudeness from customers who feel entitled to having Everything perfect that they forget that they are speaking to another human being. Tonight I was served by Duane, who was very polite and courteous on the speaker. The manager was Renee, who was a good support to her staff and customers. And then Adam was working hard cooking in the back. All of them were on their game and doing their best with the high volume of customers. Thanks guys for doing a good job! Please don't let the awful rude people out there ruin your day or make your lose your cool. 🌞

I've always enjoyed the food here. As with most restaurants and fast food places during these COVID times, having enough staff seems to be problematic and wait times may be longer. I have always found the staff at this location to be friendly and helpful. They did, however, forget my fries on my last visit. Note to self...check your bagged order before you pull away! 😉

Shout out to Rene, the manager. They were out of horsey sauce but she hooked me up with some. Love that sauce on the sandwich. The workers were amazing also. Very friendly and courteous. Happy Fourth.
