Ownership done right. I had a rotten experience at the west Kimberly location on my birthday in late October. While in Bettendorf today, I stopped for a value basket. I inquired as to whether or not they had the same owner. They do not. They sent the owner out to talk to me. Not only was he actively listening and very polite, he surprises me later with a makeup scoop, even though it wasn't his store that messed up. The staff was really polite and food actually a bit better than usual. It's a small gesture, but it's little things like that that set places apart. Bettendorf, Muscatine, and Moline are the only ones I'll go to in the qc.

This is a chain. It is our favorite. We eat here at least twice a week. They have a good variety of foods.

Ordered a sourdough double with cheese. Tasted great, staff friendly, good size not giant satisfying. Fair price, worth going again.
