So the other Mexican restaurant was super crowded so I went to Gaby's. I ordered the Picante de Pollo and a cucumber salad. And WOW was that food great! It was a rather long wait but everything is made fresh from scratch. They could have done a better job packing my food to go but hey, that's nit-picking. I would recommend Gaby's. Oh, and i was told they have killer margaritas.

Went here recently while visiting the area and had a really good experience. If you're looking for very fresh, well-flavored and thoughtfully-made food, this is a great option. The chips were so good, I literally ate a whole tray of them. Also, as someone who doesn't eat meat, I'm able to say that the vegetarian burrito I had didn't feel like an after-thought - it had asparagus and green onions in it, which I thought was such a nice touch and I was genuinely impressed with how good the quality was (the vegetables were perfectly cooked whereas a lot of the times at other restaurants they're soggy or mushy). Another thing that was great was the rice was made with a few grains of quinoa here and there, which I thought was a very thoughtful addition. I wish I lived in the area so I could come here again, I really loved it.

Once you enter the restaurant it feels like home. Everyone was sweet and the food very delicious. I ordered enchiladas with grilled chicken. The chicken was flavorful and tender and the sauce was yummy. It was different from the normal red or green enchiladas that most restaurants offer. I cant wait to go back.
