They have gone above and beyond with great service during covid and have created a great (and a stylish) outdoor seating area.
The food continues to be good, with endless flavor combinations! Always gluten free! The cheese rolls are heavenly.

Five on Black is healthy, quick, and quality fast casual food. Imagine the walk through style of Chipotle, but with authentic Brazilian food. They have great vegetarian/vegan options, everything is gluten free, and their soda uses cane sugar. There’s plenty of seating, but this is a fast casual restaurant, so don’t expect to camp out. My favorite is the Feijoada with black beans over rice and lettuce. Make sure to get some cheese bread, because it will change your life.
Food is great, as always. The staff were nice and wore masks. One staff member did take off her mask to talk with a customer though.
Great food and service with a unique vibe. If you’re looking for something that’s different this is the place. Fantastic unique taste. If you love Brazilian food this is a must. If you haven’t tried Brazilian food, this is a great place to start. Our favorite is the coconut spice sauce. Also the drinks are amazing! One is a pina-colada type Coke and we can’t get enough.
