Recently I had come to learn some disturbing news, regarding this particular Subway, which is, out of all the other Subways in Billings, my favorite to eat at. If I have the choice I always come here. Employees are friendly and the sandwiches are always made to perfection. I'm always Treated with fairness and kindness. I've even had the manager of the store pay for my sandwich with money from his own pocket when I was short on the total.
Today I entered my favorite Sub Shop to a lot of morose looking faces.
When I asked the girl behind the counter was wrong, she looked like she was about to start crying . Apparently there's some Joker who's been going around dropping a lot of bad reviews and complaints on their store, she gave me a few examples of the complaints that they received, and I'm telling you people if you have ever eaten in this Subway you know they are clearly not happening. I don't know if this is some kind of smear thing by a competitor or maybe something that an ex-employee or some individual who has something against these guys, has cooked up to make their lives harder.
Well I say to whoever You are; you should be ashamed of yourself. These people work hard. They're just trying to support their families.
Yeah it may not be the most physically back-breaking or awe-inspiring , but these people come to work every day and deal with rude customers ,difficult coworkers, and a myriad of things in their personal lives but they still manage to keep a smile on their face while they're making The public's food. And they do a damn good job at it.
They should honestly be proud. I used to work in fast food for many years, it's not as easy as everybody likes to think it is. If you've never worked in the service industry then you and have no dang idea how difficult it can be. These guys deserve praise ,not slander. Five stars for this place and no stars for the losers and Liars. If you want proof? Go eat there, they do an awesome job. Keep up the good work guys you are amazing.
They do vegetarian sandwiches.... However I have not been to Subway in over a year or two.
