Our waiter was funny and attentive. He helped me create the perfect custom Margarita and was very knowledgeable about all of the tequilas, which is a fantastic list in its own right. The stuffed jalapeño appetizer was amazing: lobster cream cheese, super fresh peppers! I had the enchiladas with beef and my girlfriend had the nachos. Both were loaded with fresh ingredients and flavor.

I had my first visit to Rojo Bistro in Birmingham, MI 9/9/16 around 130pm although, I have been to the Partridge Creek Mall location (Shelby Township) many times. I had my favorite, the Chimichanga Platter. It actually seemed larger in size/portions than I had had before. I could only eat half my lunch. My server was a really nice guy (forgot the name.) He was attentive but, not pesty and over-the-top.
